PWA’s longest serving official behind Head Referee Michael Fitzpatrick, Howard has suffered through a lot of abuse in his officiating career. He’s been put through tables, clotheslined, and hit with foreign objects, but the resilient Howard has toughed it out, and in many cases still been able to make the definitive three count!
